We work to provide you with a healthy plan for your weight goals that goes beyond the scale. By building a successful plan for you, we focus on obtaining the nutrition your body needs while weaving through the abundant mis-information. We offer a follow-up plan and regular check-ins to be available and ensure we help to keep you on track. Consults can be completed in-person or virtually. Individuals have different needs, preferences, and barriers. Let us help you with yours!

Initial Visit: $75 (Includes 3 weekly phone check-ins)
Follow-up: $45 following initial visit
Sports Nutrition

We understand the importance of capitalizing on your hard work in athletic achievements and are focused on helping to create a sports nutrition plan for your specific needs. We also go beyond the individual and offer seminars or consults for teams and organizations.
